Just over a year ago, our company was faced with a 38% increase in health insurance premiums. We knew that we needed to make some changes in order to keep our health insurance options affordable. The best part of the plan is that it takes the responsibility of meeting government guidelines off my shoulders and puts it into capable hands. I know I don’t have to worry about whether or not I am in compliance with government rules and regulations because BASE will do that for me.
