Derived from the 125 FSA, the BASE® Premium Only Plan (POP) provides tax savings to both the employer and employee. This plan gives employers an affordable way to help their employees pay for their group health premiums.
POP allows employees to pay their share of employer-sponsored benefit premiums, including health, dental, vision, and disability (both short-term and long-term) with pre-tax dollars through salary deduction.
